i usually use mac select moisturecover under my eyes alone. but i was wondering if i could wear powder over it?Can i use a liquid concealer and a powder foundation over it?
Of course you can. Concealer is just for targeting specific areas. Powder foundation will even out your skin tone after concealer!

yes. just be sure to blend so it doesnt look cakey... ive found that sometimes its better to put on foundation first and then concealer. i know thats backwards but sometimes my foundation will rub off the concealer once i put it on and its really annoying! so i do it backwards and then apply powder and blend it all so it looks natural.
Yes but when you add don't just powder it on.. if that makes sense. apply powder to your brush then apply in a buffing motion, around in circles. hope this makes sense.
