A good concealer or primer for a red face?

I have very red skin on my face (pale with red undertones). What is a good base to use under my foundation to reduce redness, and what is a good foundation for reducing redness?A good concealer or primer for a red face?
i have heard that green concealer works wonders on red spots (such as scars). you probably should not use makeup to cover it up though, as this might cause the skin to get irritated and even more red. instead, try to find the source of the problem. if you dont want to spend the money to seek medical help, then you can try to get rid of the problem using over the counter lotions. aveeno redness relief, or something similar. aloe vera gel or milk has also been known to help.
