Fresh Complexion Undereye concealer from Covergirl. I buy mine at Walmart for about $6 or $7. I put my foundation on first, then undereye concealer, them powder.

there really isnt ONE concealer.
i just go to CVS to get mine. its cheap so it wont cost like $100 to test out a few to find the perfect one for you.
you may hav to try 2 or even 3 different shades till you find the best one.
