What type of concealer would work best with my skin?

I have blonde peach fuzz on my face - haha its not noticeable but if I wear powder makeup it is. and im sure as hell not going to wax or shave my face...I also have red pigment tones. I would like to cover the pink in my nose and cheeks as best as possible. I really want nice even covered skin but can't seem to find the right makeup and its starting to become expensive! please help!
