What is the best concealer for red skin with mild acne?

I have mild acne in my T-Zone, but my cheeks are flawless. The pores around my nose are HUGE, I want to conceal acne scars, pimples, darkspots, and REDNESS-what is the bets concealer for this?

I want a concealer that you could get at any drugstore, please.

BARE MINERALS!!!!! it is BY FAR the best out there! it never looks cakey and your face pretty much looks airbrushed without having to wear alot at all. also the maximum coverage brush is like a magic wand on blemishes! use it with the multipurpose bisque and you will fall in love I PROMISE!What is the best concealer for red skin with mild acne?
Heres a tip on making you're pores around you're nose smaller just hold ice on them it works and do this before you apply make up. COLD closes pores Hot opens them so when you wash you're face first apply apply hot water wash you're face then Ice immediately after ward and then apply an oil free moisturizer a good ones Aveeno ultra calming moisturizer . As far as foundation goes bare minerals is fantastic but it's not cheap but it's not to pricey it's about 25 dollars just buy the powdered foundation make sure to get the right tone you can buy it from Sephora. If you are going to go for something cheaper then i suggest getting an oil free powdered foundation because liquids tend to cause breakouts. To conceal redness buy a green toned cover up and apply this to the problem spot and then put the powdered foundation over it. Good LUCK!
I have basically the same problem as you- my skin is very fair and my cheeks are always fairly patchy and reddish.

Bare minerals works pretty well, you just need to be very careful with which color you choose as i've learned from experience :)... anyway other than that in my opinion bareminerals gets fairly oily, and i wouldnt recommend it if you have some acne issues.

I use this liquid foundation by neutrogena, it has like SPF 20 and like natural soy or something in it, but I use that than any especially bad spots like under the eyes or blemishes I perfect with Clinique packed powder.

Hope this helps, good luck!
For mild acne patients, it is recommended that they clear their face of the excess oil. Sebum, or the oil produced by the skin oil glands, is recognized as the main cause of acne outbreaks along with other internal body system factors. Ideally, the face must be washed twice a day with mild soap or cleanser. Excessive washing may be more harmful than good as this action may spread the infection to other parts of the skin.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .
